While waiting for your short-term returns, El-Chari remains sustainable by making long-term investments in lands and properties.
Selling land after a few years generates greater profit. There’s higher cash flow over time when we make money through rental income or other property-depending businesses.
By adding real estate to our portfolio, we lower the volatility and increase the returns per unit of risk
On our rental properties, money comes from tenants annually. Cash flow increases when rental income increases, preventative maintenance is done on the properties, and the properties are not left vacant for long periods. These prevent us from having great losses. We keep most of the income as profit.
But we don’t just buy any land we see. We consider if it will be worth a fortune in the future by examining the condition of the surrounding, strength of the ground, road access, and other similar properties. Leaving the land untouched and holding on to it until the value rises will yield the best profit when we decide to sell.
These properties include shops for retail owners, residential properties for families, and hostels among others. This will generate passive income for the company over the years.
Investing in real estate is a long-term plan. We will be making a profit off our other investments – gold, oil and gas, cryptocurrency and forex trading, digital advertising, and agriculture
We look at buildings with a total cost significantly less than the estimated repair value to get massive returns on our investment
We are a Nigerian investment company run by a strong team of experienced traders and industry professionals from various fields.
